Parents Association
Secure a membership in the Parents Association with a gift of $100 or more to the Parent Fund. Your gift, combined with those of other parents, will fund a special project, chosen by parents, that will directly benefit your student.  In addition, your membership to the Parent Association provides:
  • Parent e-Newsletters
  • Parents Association meetings and events
  • Two complimentary football and basketball tickets

The Parents Council
The Parents Council is a giving level recognizing parents who give $500 or more annually to the Parents Fund. Parents contributing at this level will be candidates for membership on the Parent Association Advisory Board. Giving at this level will provide:
  • All Parents Association benefits
  • Recognition during a university event
  • VIP seating at special events
  • Reception with the President in the spring
  • Two complimentary tickets to a Batte Center Fine Arts Performance

Parents Advisory Board
The Parent Association Advisory Board serves as the board of the Wingate Parents Association. The mission of the Parent Association Advisory Board is to serve as an advisory council for Wingate University and to assist with the selection of fundraising projects that will be of interest to Wingate Parents.
 
Members of the Parent Association Advisory Board support Wingate by promoting effective relationships between parents and the university for the benefit of students and the university community. They are also responsible for assisting the university in achieving its mission by encouraging other parents to voluntarily contribute time, effort and support. Members of the Parent Association Advisory Board are appointed by university leadership and entrusted with the Parent Fund project selection.
